a targeted group of prospective students to attend. The criterion
for the target student selections is a recommendation by the
student's eight-grade teacher. Informational brochures are
included in every freshman packet at all district high schools,
and letters are sent to students inviting them to participate
in the Project SHARP program.
The dates for the summer 2006 Project SHARP program are:
June 12 - June 30, 2006.
The program will be located on 3 of our district campuses:
APOLLO - for Apollo, Glendale and Independence students
THUNDERBIRD - for Moon Valley, Greenway and Thunderbird
students
CORTEZ - for Cortez, Sunnyslope and Washington students
For more information, please call your local high school
or contact district program coordinator, Cory Shinkle at 623-435-6030.
