"To graduate from the Glendale Union High School District, a student must earn the required number of course credits and meet the graduation requirements established by the state.  Students are eligible to participate in District sponsored graduation ceremonies only if they have successfully met all of the graduation requirements established by the Governing Board and have also met the graduation requirements specified by the State of Arizona.  The GUHSD will not offer any alternative form of recognition for those students who have met the District's graduation requirements but failed to meet the state's graduation requirements."
