What do I need to be a substitute teacher?
- An Arizona Teaching Certificate* or a Substitute Teaching
Certificate which requires that you have a B.A. degree
- A completed Substitute Teaching Application
- A completed Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9)
along with documents verifying identification.
- A completed Statement of Compliance with Military Selective
Service Act.
- A completed Measles Immunization Form.
- A signed District Substance Abuse Policy which you have
read.
- Completed payroll and withholding forms.
