Parent Involvement in Schools
Parents are invited to join their school's planning team,
parent action club or booster clubs. Parent groups provide
needed assistance to students in all facets of school life.
The school planning team is activated to address issues specific
to their school. The group researches, plans and evaluates
programs initiated at the school.
Parents are needed to support their children and the school
by joining the Parent Action Club. Parents help with fund
raising, chaperoning and concession operations.
Booster clubs are formed on each campus to support specific
groups such as the band and ROTC.
Call your local school
for more information on parent activities.

Tax Credit Contributions
Arizona
taxpayers are eligible to receive a tax credit of up
to $200 (or $400 for married couples filing jointly)
off their bottom-line state tax bill.
Taxpayers may choose to contribute
tax monies to the school or program of their choice
instead of paying it to the state general fund.

for more information, or call your local school or the
district office (623-435-6001).
