This is the image for the news article titled Eighth Grade Students, Families Invited to Discover the GUHSD Difference at Future Freshman Night December 2019 – Glendale Union High School District is proud to hold Future Freshman Night on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. Eight grade students and parents are invited to this signature event to discover the difference and learn why GUHSD is the district of choice in the Glendale and Metro-Phoenix areas. GUHSD offers all students an exceptional high school experience and prepares them for success in college and the workplace. 

Eighth grade students and their families will have opportunities to meet teachers and administrators, gain significant information on academics, athletics and extracurricular activities, and learn more about their school's accomplishments! Come and see why more than 16,000 students are proud to attend GUHSD schools!

Future Freshman Night takes place at each of the district’s nine high schools including Apollo, Cortez, Glendale, Greenway, Independence, Moon Valley, Sunnyslope, Thunderbird and Washington. Each event kicks off at 6:30 p.m.
