 – Save the date for Glendale Union High School District's upcoming signature event, Honors & Advanced Placement (AP) Academy Night, on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6:30 p.m. The district invites sixth through eighth grade students and their families, or those interested in enrolling in one of the valley's premier high school districts, to participate in this virtual event to learn more about the honors and AP courses offered at GUHSD.

At GUHSD, student success and achievement are top priorities. To ensure all students earn a quality education and participate in an academically challenging curriculum, GUHSD schools offer honors courses, Advanced Placement academies and dual enrollment where students can earn college credit while still in high school. During the 2019-2020 school year, GUHSD students earned approximately 7,400 college credits, saving them thousands of dollars on college tuition. In addition, the district offers students the opportunity to graduate with an AP International Diploma, a globally recognized achievement and great option for those who plan to study abroad after high school.

Each GUHSD school will host their own Honors and AP Academy Night virtual presentation. Please check back here on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6:15 p.m. for your school's specific link to view the virtual event.
