CORTEZ OCTOBER ROUND UP

October Roundup

Homecoming Week was a huge success! Thanks to our Student Council students who organized an amazing spirit week full of energy and fun. The bonfire/game night was well attended by students, the Friday football game and homecoming dance went off without a hitch, and fun was had by many.

There were many clubs that helped to prepare the Fall Festival and Haunted House for our students and the community. A special thanks to the Comic Club and Fashion Club students and their sponsors; this was the second annual event, and we look forward to continuing the tradition.

Congratulations to the Girls Volleyball program. The 9-10 team, JV team, and varsity team all won their final match of the season. A special thanks to seniors DesaRae Blanchette, Angela Solorio, Michelle Vasquez, Dominique Vazquez, Htoo Ko Lo Wah, and Lindsay Suarez for a great season and for their commitment and dedication to the team.

Congratulations to our October Colts with C.L.A.S.S. winners.
