The Glendale Union High School District Governing Board recently hosted its annual Retiree Reception, honoring employees concluding their careers in public education. Superintendent Brian Capistran welcomed the retirees and their guests to the heartfelt event, celebrating years of service, dedication, and positive impact within GUHSD.

Principals from each school shared remarks about their retirees, highlighting each individual's contributions to their school community. Every retiree was personally acknowledged by Superintendent Capistran and members of the Governing Board during the celebration.

This annual tradition reflects the district’s deep appreciation for the employees who have shaped student experiences, strengthened school communities, and supported GUHSD’s mission of excellence. We extend our sincere gratitude and best wishes to each retiree as they embark on their next chapter.
