OPEN ENROLLMENT
Open Enrollment
At Glendale Union High School District, every school is an “A” School and is recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of America’s Best High Schools.
Your teen is unique. Educate them accordingly. Well prepared. Well-rounded. Well done.
No matter where your student’s talents lie, GUHSD will help them rise to their full potential. Whether their path leads to college, a skilled trade, the military, or the workforce, GUHSD will prepare them for the journey ahead.
How Open Enrollment Works
-
Any Arizona family may apply to enroll in a GUHSD school outside of their attendance boundary.
-
Applications are considered annually and based on available space.
-
Students must maintain good academic performance, regular attendance, and good behavior to continue enrollment.
-
Families do not need to reapply each year unless requesting a different school.
-
Some campuses may be closed to new applicants due to high enrollment.
The 2026–2027 Open Enrollment period begins October 3.
