Annual Student Achievement Report Presented to Community
Student musicians entertained guests throughout the evening.

The Glendale Union High School District Governing Board, along with district office administrators and superintendents and high school principals were also present to receive the report. SAR1

The event allows the GUHSD Curriculum and Instruction program coordinators to present data and achievements at each of the district’s nine high schools. District-wide information, such as graduation rates and parent satisfaction, is also announced.

The comprehensive report is an important way to identify successes and areas of improvement at each of our schools. It is a measurement used to improve our learning systems for our teachers and our students.

This information is presented to parents, students and community members as a way to continue to be transparent in our communication with our constituents.

The evening highlighted several of the programs offered across the district. Guests were treated to hors d’oeuvres prepared by Culinary Arts & Hospitality students, while members of Thunderbird High School’s string quartet played. Apollo’s vocal ensemble and the NJROTC assisted for the National Anthem and posting of the colors.

It was an exciting evening for the district to discuss its achievements and plans for the future with our community.
